False alarm

 I was going to say I am sleeping so much better on this diet. But last night, even with time release Melatonin, I had a fitful nights sleep. I hate making liquid breakfast with protein powder I hate. The Son Warrior Protein Powder the doc recommended is sold out. So I had to pick something and I do not like it. The aftertaste is not good. I actually am not hungry later so that’s a bonus. I had a salad of lettuce, celery, cucumber, and tuna. I was not satiated and really want this diet to be over!
