I am seeing a Holistic Doctor, well not seeing but through the phone and Zoom. I am starting an elimination diet to find out what foods I should be avoiding. I have entered a world that is so strange and different than any I have seen. They can make flour and milk out of anything! I bought so many things I have never seen before and so far they are blowing my mind. I made Rotini tonight made with Garbanzo Beans. I hate Garbanzo beans so I am wondering about that flour? I will let you know when I use it.
Tonight I made Barilla Chickpea Rotini with Zucchini and Artichokes. I added some leftover Turkey I had frozen after Thanksgiving. We actually not only liked it, but we loved it! I am taking some to work tomorrow for lunch and gave the recipes to my children. It is here on the Barilla site with 4 more fancy bean related pasta recipes I am going to try.

In the morning I am going to make N' OATMEAL RECIPE. Because I am on an elimination diet, I cannot eat oatmeal yet.
INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
2 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp flax meal
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp pecan pieces
1 tbsp walnut pieces
1/2 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla
dash of stevia (to taste)
dash of salt (optional)
1/2 cup boiling water
DIRECTIONS:
sit until well combined (about 4 minutes) Add toppings. Enjoy!
So now that I may be dying from the looks of the blood tests, I should just give up now, or go on with the procedure and maybe get better? I am so fat and tired and lame and ugly. I don't know if there is even help for half of these? Oh well the recipes and food is intriguing, so I guess I will keep up with it, since it intrigues me and makes me interested in something.
