Hungry Today
I got up and everything was impossible to do. I did not have time to do what I normally do it seemed like. On top of everything else I have to drink that nasty breakfast smoothie. I have to add ClearVite to it and protein powder, no sugar, and the fruit is upsetting my stomach.
I did not have anything left over for lunch. Bob does not want me to cook too much food as he does not want to throw it out. Yet I leave leftovers for him on Wed-Fri and he only manages to eat one meal of them! So here I am with one chicken leg and green beans for lunch. I am sorry, this girl needs Protein, and one silly smoothie did not prepare me for the day. By 11:00 I am hungry already.
I chose not to eat the chicken leg. Two bites who make me even more hungry so I opted not to torture myself and try to live off the chicken feed that Bob lives off of.
I made Air Fried Chicken breasts and roasted broccoli. I only have the breast for lunch tomorrow. Jesus, I will be glad when this elimination diet is over. This pretend protein crap that vegans use in making me hungry angry and tired! I am kidding myself, this diet is worse than vegan. I can't have grains, eggs, cheese, milk, or beef. But I can have all the nasty ass fish I can eat! I am also taking this Clearvite for a detox and cleansing. I wonder what I will be like when all the food races out of my colon like it is in a maze competition and I am left even hungrier! I may call them and say I am coming to your house to eat because my house don't know how to get enough protein down me! Geez I am hungry

False alarm
I was going to say I am sleeping so much better on this diet. But last night, even with time release Melatonin, I had a fitful nights sleep. I hate making liquid breakfast with protein powder I hate. The Son Warrior Protein Powder the doc recommended is sold out. So I had to pick something and I do not like it. The aftertaste is not good. I actually am not hungry later so that’s a bonus. I had a salad of lettuce, celery, cucumber, and tuna. I was not satiated and really want this diet to be over!

Elimination diet breakfast review
Breakfast is making me cry. My fake oatmeal was nasty and my stomach is upset now. What else do I eat for breakfast! No eggs and no milk and no grains. I am already hungry and it’s not 9:30 am yet!

Mind blown
I am seeing a Holistic Doctor, well not seeing but through the phone and Zoom. I am starting an elimination diet to find out what foods I should be avoiding. I have entered a world that is so strange and different than any I have seen. They can make flour and milk out of anything! I bought so many things I have never seen before and so far they are blowing my mind. I made Rotini tonight made with Garbanzo Beans. I hate Garbanzo beans so I am wondering about that flour? I will let you know when I use it.
Tonight I made Barilla Chickpea Rotini with Zucchini and Artichokes. I added some leftover Turkey I had frozen after Thanksgiving. We actually not only liked it, but we loved it! I am taking some to work tomorrow for lunch and gave the recipes to my children. It is here on the Barilla site with 4 more fancy bean related pasta recipes I am going to try.

In the morning I am going to make N' OATMEAL RECIPE. Because I am on an elimination diet, I cannot eat oatmeal yet.
INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
2 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp flax meal
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp pecan pieces
1 tbsp walnut pieces
1/2 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla
dash of stevia (to taste)
dash of salt (optional)
1/2 cup boiling water
DIRECTIONS:
sit until well combined (about 4 minutes) Add toppings. Enjoy!
So now that I may be dying from the looks of the blood tests, I should just give up now, or go on with the procedure and maybe get better? I am so fat and tired and lame and ugly. I don't know if there is even help for half of these? Oh well the recipes and food is intriguing, so I guess I will keep up with it, since it intrigues me and makes me interested in something.
