There are people who are born with the attributes of male and female in the same body. I know a woman born without ovaries does that make her a man if she does not menstruate? Do it make a man a woman if he menstruates. There is a blood test for finding out if you are one of these people because sometimes the differences may be very faint like just extreme difficulty with periods, you were probably meant to be a man. They may also have male and/or female secondary sex characteristics (such as body shape). However, there is a wide range of variation in sexual anatomy. There are many more subtle forms of sex anatomy, or sex chromosome differences. These don't even show physically. Some won't show up until later in life. Sometimes, the variation may appear when the baby reaches puberty or becomes an adult. My tip is gender is not related to the genitals at all.
